I wouldn't be too worried. It's a relatively innocuous body part to compliment. Much better for a student to say you have nice feet than to complement your ass, right? And my, they are graceful, shapely tootsies, too! Mine aren't bad, but they won't win any prizes.

Oh, that goes without saying - I'd rather a foot comment than "Nice rack, Madame!"
I think my tootsies are short & stubby, but I like to keep 'em polished up during the summer.
